To find out your order status, you must be signed in. If you are not signed in already, begin by signing in to your account by clicking on the words "Log In" located at the top left of every page. Fill in your Username and Password and click the Sign In button. Once you are signed in, click the link titled "My Previous Orders" to see the status and history of all orders placed.

If you are already signed in, click the word "view" located at the top left of every screen- next to the title "My Account". Once you have clicked the word profile, you will be taken to your account page where you can look at your order history, change your profile information, and log out of Cha Cha. Click on the "My Previous Orders" link to see your order status and history.
